The PGA Board consists of seven members, 2 members elected from Alberta North; 2 members from Alberta South and 3 members elected at large. The term of office of a member is 3 years. A Chair and a Vice-Chair of the Board are elected from the members of the Board. A person is able to serve two consecutive terms of office. Board meetings are held regularly throughout the year mostly in Taber and at times in Leduc, Alberta.
